Location and views are second to none, but would never be the same if not for the excellent staff working there. Piero (wonderful wine and olive oil tasting), Vicenzo and Alesso at the restaurant were amazing and no less amazing were Lorenzo, Sophie and two other ladies at reception that i can't remember her names (sorry!) but equally super professional and accommodating!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chianti Craft House! We felt like we were in a castle! The apartment was clean and had all the provisions we needed for an excellent stay! It was a very spacious apartment, very clean, with all it was needed to prepare simple meals. Our host left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a lovely country farm, with all kind of animals from donkeys to a super friendly and quite mastiff dog. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking. In the neighborhood there is a castle-like building, in reality a monastery. The monks do guided visits. The visit is very interesting and the products they sell are of excellent quality.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the garden is beautiful with flowers in bloom. I also had a lovely meal at the restaurant while enjoying the wine and the view from the terrace. I will definitely be back for another stay. .
