I rarely write reviews, but I am overwhelmed with emotions, so I can’t keep them in myself and I want to share with everyone! For two weeks I was in six hotels in Italy from the north of the country to the very south and back! And the road has brought me here! I booked a hotel for one night on June 8, but I'm still here and don't want to leave at all! This is an incredible place, there are not enough words to describe the atmosphere of this place! As for physical comfort, this place has everything for everyone: - the rooms are equipped with everything you need without exception: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, excellent internet, towels, toiletries, comfortable beds; - free parking with charging for electric vehicles; - bicycles for rent; - excellent cuisine (breakfast and dinner for an additional fee, prepared from products grown on our own farm); - incomparable wine of own production; - swimming pool with sun loungers with the ability to place them under the trees and be in the shade; - a large area with a football field, a volleyball court, a tennis table, a swing and a slide for children; - places for outdoor recreation. I may have forgotten to list something, but believe me, there is absolutely everything here! But the most important thing that is here is sincere owners and wonderful staff! It is they who create here comfort and an unsurpassed spiritual atmosphere! You have not yet had time to think about what you would like, but you already have it! The support and sincerity of these people is beyond any estimate in numbers! Due to the fact that the big heart of these people is invested in this place, the same kind, lovely people of absolutely different nationalities rest here and everyone here feels at home and in a friendly atmosphere! I envy you in advance if you manage to visit this excellent place❤️ And I hope that someday I will have the opportunity to return to this heavenly place on earth🫶 Boundless gratitude for everything to Federico🥰

It is a very quiet surrounding. Bed and cuschions of good quality, we slept very well. Shower with excellent water pressure. And last, but not least, a very nice breakfast included. With hand made saussage by the family We can highly recommend, also because of the very kind hosting family!.

The owner's daughter is amazing and speaks English perfectly. The room is large, as is the bathroom. The location is quiet and we could park our motorcycle in the yard. The breakfast is correct. Maybe a little too Italian. I would recommend the stay.

Excellent accommodation, wonderful house and amazing views. The apartment was very neat and spacious. Our host was wonderful, very kind and attentive. She even prepared some croissants for us. We really hope to come back and stay for longer!

A wonderful place to use as a base for area exploration. Very spacious, practical and clean, not to mention tranquility. It was the place with the best presentacion of the area starting from things to do up to suggestions where to eat. For sure we will come back (and recommed) in the future. Very important, the pet friendly environmet. Chiara, the host gave us all the possible info to have a smooth and pleasant stay.

    The pool and surrounding gardens were fabulous with the hot weather we are experiencing. Nice rural location, away from the hustle. The restaurant attached provided amazing local produce and meals, ate there each night, no need to search any restaurants as this was fabulous. The wines are also produced here and are very good. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice. Staff friendly.

    The large room and large bathroom, the airco, the breakfast with local farm products, and... the swimming pool! The possibility to have a good Italian dinner, quite pleasant after long days of sight-seeing. The geographical location, close to Padova and Vicenza. The kindness and helpfulness of Federico.

    Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was amazing every time, breakfast quite plain despite fresh baked pastries. Pool area was great to cool down and let the kids run wild. The garden area had many places to sit as well as facilities for the kids to play. But what the kids most remembered was playing with Bach all day, such a good boy.

    Super friendly host who waited only for us for a late check in (11PM). Beatiful house, location and interior, cosy room with comfortable beds and incredible views. Excellent breakfast with many local products and again, our great host helped us with everything! Thank you very much!
