I spent five nights at the accommodation. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and other things. The hosts were kind, direct, and friendly. During this time, I had a small personal problem, which the host helped me solve without any requests, for which I am very grateful. Firstly, we would like to mention Simone, the owner, as an exceptional host. He was always available, very friendly, very helpful. Thank you very much! The accommodation is perfect to relax, ideally located to reach all activities (hiking, restaurants, the park or lake) quickly. The breakfast was just right. The way Simone prepares the breakfast, with a lot of love, is also to be mentioned particularly positively, as this avoids that unnecessarily much food is thrown away. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute and will definitely be back!

The staff is extremely friendly, the room is very warm, quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing! The location is perfect, easy access from the main road and plenty of on street parking even around the holidays.

The location is perfect. I know the town well and the property is well located within the town with convenient parking nearby and in walking distance to the facilities of the town and the starts of various hikes. We like hiking in the national parks and Civitella Alfedena is a perfect base. The main windows overlook the valley and Villetta Barea and we were surprised to see wolves in the sanctuary below us on the last day, this must be the reserve sanctuary for the wolves as it is separate to the main one. The night time temperatures were quite cold but the heating system kept the house warm at all times.

The residence has been recently renovated, the place is very clean and everything during the refurbishment has been taken care with a lot of attention to the details. Wifi works well and there is a large tv in every room. The hosts are very kind and have welcomed us warmly at our arrival. Location is great as it's in the centre of the village of Alfedena, close to the main square with bars and shops nearby.

Smell of Mold through the house, especially the cupboards. The house was so damp. Even the towels we were given were damp. Quite shocking. Do not stay here if you have asthma as I do.
