From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. The stay itself is modern, clean, and well-designed. The facilities were great—everything we needed was there, and it was all well-maintained. A special mention goes to our host, Olga. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her guests:) Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of a great location, beautiful views, and comfortable accommodations made this a perfect trip. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!🤗

The villa was beautiful with amazing hosts! It was only 40 minutes (by car or motorcycle) from Rome and is right out into the countryside. Sabrina and Steph made sure we were safe each time we went out on our travels, even going out their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. They also offered some great advice of where to go and what to see! The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of goodies which set us up perfectly for the day ahead, the bed was super comfy too! The use of the pool and garden was a added bonus as we was left to use these facilities as they was our own. We can not forget Nura the amazing cat who kept us company on the patio of a night time. By the end of the trip, we felt like part of the family and didn't want to leave :') we will for sure be coming back to this villa in the near future to explore more of Italy

    Very quiet location, Ivano and Terhi are perfect hosts with a wealth of knowledge about Rome and the local area. They also both speak English well. The accommodation is comfortable. rustic in style. We took advantage of the nighttime tour of Rome that Ivano offered - seeing the sights without the crowds, queues and heat of the day and the benefit of Ivano’s guidance and knowledge - excellent. https://olivetreehill.com/

    Everything was great. The host was very friendly, the apartment very clean. The location is very close from the train station, from which you can go to Rome Termini in about 30 minutes. There is also a supermarket a few steps from the apartment.
