The staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. They provided me with excellent recommendations on restaurants and attractions nearby that I could visit and helped set up a day tour for me at a great price. Location is a walkable distance from the major sites in Amman. The hotel is newly renovated and feels brand new. This hotel could easily be a 4 star hotel and is well worth the price for anyone looking for accommodation downtown.

Sandra hotel is a fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown Amman for a very reasonable price. Amjad at the reception counter were very friendly and gave me lots of Amman travel advice, and the rooms were clean and had everything I needed. location in the middle of Madaba. food and breakfast were both the best we had during our whole trip. Follow this tip and eat dinner at this place. staff is extremely friendly and they look like a happy family.
