The location is good as well ...there are some stunning local hikes and it is only 25 mins to Wadi Gweir and Dana . The place is really clean, the wifi strong and the host is very helpful. The host was very friendly and interacted warmly with us. I made a mistake in my booking and the host helped me solve it. The rooms are original, you sleep in a cave. They have a heater and they get cozy fast. I recommend the dinner also, it is local food and it has a good price.

If you are going to petra with a few friends, just want to chill and disconnect from the world, this property will be an excellent choice. The Rock camp is an excellent option for people who are visiting Petra and deciding to do the Petra Trek from the Monastery Side. It is located at the foot of some hills and it is picturesque. There is no cell phone reception in this location, however there is wifi throughout the whole property. So before leaving, set your destination on your google map and then start driving. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The overall property is clean, the gentleman at the reception was very welcoming. Great value for money as well. I wish the team all the best. PS - At night it gets really cold btw !!

I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, but this one truly stood out — especially for a 3-star hotel. What was extraordinary was the cleanness. From the moment you walk in until you leave, everything is spotless — absolutely pristine. The cleanliness here surpasses even what I’ve experienced in some 4-star and even 5-star hotels in other countries. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. They even offered a welcoming drink at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The furniture was modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything looked new and cared for. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Another plus: free parking and a complimentary mini bar (we didn’t use it, but it’s a generous gesture). These small things add up to a big difference. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. For a 3-star rating, they offer 4-star (and at times even 5-star) quality in terms of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Truly a wonderful experience!

The location of Petra Moon Luxury was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it. Thank you for your great advice and this unforgettable stay.

The room was beautiful and spacious and having the terrace was lovely as well. The staff were so kind and packed a takeaway breakfast each morning so that we could get to Petra early.

Cleanliness. Lavish and customised breakfast as my family is pure Veg from India. Beautiful interiors and exterior.(theme based) View are good of whole petra city from top. Wallking distance to petra heritage site . Reception staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent English . Bathroom and room were well cleaned.cafe interior was superb. Delicious breakfast. Big Supermarket for any daily needs is nearby at walking distance. Bang on main road .

The place is beautiful, located in between the reddish mountains of Petra. Amazing atmosphere - all we need while experiencing nature. Muhammed was extremely friendly, and went out of his way to make us happy. The beautiful Bedouin sitting area was warm and cozy - perfect for our Winter stay. The food was delicious and our children (11, 11, 9) were very pleased (and they are hard to please...).
