Staying at the Petra Premium Hotel was an extremely wonderful experience. Each of our needs was swiftly met by the staff, who were incredibly courteous and attentive. Perfect housekeeping was maintained throughout our stay. Manager Ahmad provided us with excellent assistance during our stay and was very kind and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again—it's my favourite hotel in Petra.

Of all the places we stayed at in Jordan, this was the best by a large margin. It ticked all our boxes, and more! ✅ Parking space - yes and yes (large, flat parking space available and I think that must be rare for this budget and area...). The parking sign can be a bit confusing when you enter from downhill... The smaller area is of Sofsaf hotel and just beyond the sign is a large parking area with a beautifully painted mural. ✅ Location - practically in the middle of the winding tourist street with lots of food options within 2 min walking distance and 15 min walking/ 3 min drive from the Petra Visitor Centre (the entrance to the ancient city) - caution - ask the manager about the road coz google maps shows a really narrow and steep one) ✅ Wonderful people - our hosts welcomed us warmly, explained the ways we could visit Petra and were always available for any queries. The owner looked a lot like Ashutosh Rana :) ✅ Spacious, comfortable rooms - Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped. The carpet lining a big portion of the spacious bedroom was just so soft and lovely. Bed - perfectly firm for a great sleep after the tiring journey across the ancient city. Bathroom - This was the first time I saw shower caps provided with scrunchies (how so very thoughtful!). The bathroom had a sealing door (something we hadn't seen before) and had a stool and a three-tier rack, as well as a soap dish near the shower. The shower space may look a little dingy because of the tiling paste/glue spots and the curtain with a little soiled bottom (as it touches the tiles to keep the shower water out) but it was very clean. Two large towels, two midsize towels and two face towels were provided, all incredibly clean and I think, made of Egyptian cotton. Every single amenity that we can think of was provided, and nothing was of extra charge. They even keep a mini-sewing kit. Breakfast spread was good too, with great coffee.

This was really a nice and welcoming place. Clean and pretty and staff was super nice. I thought the decor and views were even better than in pictures. Food was also good. You might prefer to drive to the visitor’s center/Petra entrance as the lodge was on top of a steep hill but for us this was not problem. Truly recommend!

The accommodation is amazing and for a super fair price. The staff is super kind and helped me a lot with everything. The view from the terrace and the terrace itself are unforgettable. The place is super clean and the restaurant is wonderful (including for vegetarians). Super recommend! :)

    Overall everything was great. The price in particular was very cheap considering the location -- a short walk to the centre of Wadi Musa and a moderate walk or short drive to the entrance of Petra. Everything was very clean, the room a good size and almost exactly as presented in the pictures. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The staff we met were all friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was actually a bit too big, and it was a good chance to try fava beans in the Jordanian style.

    The bed was comfortable, it was very clean, the staff (even though we needed to look for them) was very nice and helpful. They also provided us with cheap water and the breakfast was good and varied. The dorm was cozy and warm. The location itself was very near Petra Visitors Center (5min walk) and some good restaurants.

    Great budget hotel. It has everything you need and the owner is extremely helpful in organising your trip. He has a taxi and can also carry you around if you need it. Location is very close to Petra entrance although we don't recommend going by foot (it's extremely steep). Breakfast was solid.

    It's a fair deal if you have a car and trying to find a budget accommodation. Location is close to little Petra and around 15 min drive from Petra. The accommodation is clean and rooms have air conditioner (works as heater as well). View from the location is beautiful. Internet was good.

    Good location, easy communication with the host (booking was done in the morning for a stay the same night), good heating/air conditionning system. Quite cheap accomodation compared to the other options near Petra. Will do the job if you're on a budget trip.

    The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is very calm but central. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty and affordable. The owner is unbelievably helpful and certainly an honest person with a big heart. He is helped us with everything and just made our Petra trip perfekt!
