New, clean, and beautifully appointed rooms. Onsen and lounge on the top level with unlimited popsicles were superb. The tatami mats throughout and only socked feet allowed in the entire hotel added to the experience. Car park next door was convenient. Right next to busy streets full of restaurants.

The host is very kind. He patiently explained how to use the facilities in the house. He is thoughtful. On extremely hot days, he prepared iced tea and Popsicle for us. Besides, he even gave us some fresh vegetables he grew. The house is fancy with complete facilities, and there’s space to park 2 cars outside.

The place was amazing. The room itself was spacious and completely new. The place was clean, the beds were really comfortable. It is also close to the station and city center. The communication with the owners was also good via message. I would definitely come back to this place again. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home—our whole family really enjoyed it. We especially loved being able to enjoy the hot spring right where we were staying; it was such a special experience. The staff were also kind enough to help us book a local dinner that is usually hard to reserve — we truly appreciated it. We hope you continue to maintain this great service. The location is nice as it is in those tiny, pretty streets. It is very close to various onsens and also close to Beppu Jigoku. It has its own small onsen, where your room has a reserved time. However, the most wonderful thing was the personnel. The lady owner of the house was so kind and nice that you feel like an angel is taking care of you.

Modern, family-friendly and clean house which had loads of space. We loved nearly everything about this place including the large number of rooms, full-sized kitchen and dining table, 2 toilets, space for storing our suitcases and clothing, and the combined 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location that is close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants. The host staff were very responsive and helpful.

    The location was walking distance from a lot of interesting onsen. The host was incredibly kind, be sure to ask him for restaurants and onsen recommendations! The facility itself was homely and very pleasant, quiet too. All of this for a price which is honestly quite cheap. If I visit Beppu again, this is the place I'll return to.
