The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the hells of beppu attraction. The buffet (dinner and breakfast) were fantastic. Love the beef steak and the buffet spread. Services by the restaurant crew was fantastic too! The rooms were spacious and the layout was well thought out. The best experience was this particular counter staff. I forgot to note down his name but I really would like to compliment his good service! He was so helpful in giving us the direction to the bus stop and bus time schedule. He personally walked us out of the hotel premise to show us where the location of bus stop. He is what I called service beyond expectation!!

The host is very kind. He patiently explained how to use the facilities in the house. He is thoughtful. On extremely hot days, he prepared iced tea and Popsicle for us. Besides, he even gave us some fresh vegetables he grew. The house is fancy with complete facilities, and there’s space to park 2 cars outside.

The place was amazing. The room itself was spacious and completely new. The place was clean, the beds were really comfortable. It is also close to the station and city center. We had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home—our whole family really enjoyed it. We especially loved being able to enjoy the hot spring right where we were staying; it was such a special experience. The staff were also kind enough to help us book a local dinner that is usually hard to reserve — we truly appreciated it. We hope you continue to maintain this great service.     The location was walking distance from a lot of interesting onsen. The host was incredibly kind, be sure to ask him for restaurants and onsen recommendations! The facility itself was homely and very pleasant, quiet too. All of this for a price which is honestly quite cheap. If I visit Beppu again, this is the place I'll return to.
