The room was very spacious. They have kitchen completes with utensil. There' a washing machine and a dryer in our room which is good. The room can fit up to 7 pax confortably. Surrounded by mountain. There a public onsen in the hotel that is conveniently for the tenants. And the onsen is very clean. Everything was good and the pricing was very good with the service and facilities provided.

Lovely staff. The rooms and amenities were fantastic. We had a private Onsen in our room which was the best experience for us. The dinner and breakfast was the best food we've had in Japan.

The property is spacious and luxurious. We liked the way the buildings are connected and the common places. There was one place were could enjoyed unlimited drinks and snacks. The decoration was warm and cosy, helping us relaxing more. The facility offered free transport from and towards Gora station which made it easier to reach. Our room was just as the photos. We had plenty of space, comfy beds, many free amenities, yukatas and more. The staff was friendly and very polite. If we knew that our experience would be so amazing, we would have stayed another night.

    The location is very easily accessible with multiple busses and a train station 3 minutes away. It's very beautiful and peaceful, and the 2 onsens are heavenly. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the lounge is a very nice and cozy place to spend an evening listening to the nicely curated vinyl collection freely. The room is also very clean and with a great view. Facilities and amenities are amazing. Again, the onsens are exceptional and it's even better when you get to enjoy the evening peace of the forest while soaking in.

    Fabulous location - right by lake with views of Mt Fuji and ideal for transport links for Hakone loop. Also right by 7-11 and close to restaurants. Spotless rooms, very modern with lots of amenities including private onsen with views. Travelled with family of 5 and we just loved it.
