It's a brand new hotel, excelent staff, spacious rooms with great views either to the river or the airport (we got the river side and enjoyed out last glimpse of the city life before going back home). Super comfortable bed, as usual in japan the bathrooms are a dream come true, automatic toilet, excelent shower pressure and extremelly clean. It's located around 10 minutes away from Terminal 3 in Haneda and having the shuttle bus come and pick you up from the 1st floor was great, specially if your flight departs early in the morning. It also has 5 washing machines, which was great because in other hotels there were either 2 or 3 and were always occupied until 2am (and you can check which ones are available in your tv room!). The monorail station is just a few steps aways so you can get anywhere in Tokio very easily.

In general a superb place to stay in connection with an international flight to/from Haneda. Extremely convenient location a 5 minute walk inside from the terminal, and also a number of shops and restaurants in the same building complex as the hotel. Super nice onsen public bath that was included with the room charge. Great service and amenities etc.

We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

The place was super nice! It’s new and had all the modern stuff you'd want. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the unit was surprisingly spacious. It had two air conditioners (which was great for the hot weather), and it could easily fit up to five people. There was also a huge fridge, which had complimentary drinks when we arrived - bottled water, juice, and a bunch of Nespresso pods to choose from. Little touches like that really made a difference. The place also comes with a washing machine with free laundry pods, and a modern drying area for the laundry. Super convenient especially if you're staying a few days or more. The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was spotless! Everything from the floors to the bathroom was super well-maintained. You could tell they really put effort into keeping it tidy. The sheets and pillows smelled fresh and felt really clean, same with the towels. It’s such a nice feeling to arrive at a place and not have to worry about hygiene or cleanliness. The hotel was 1 minute away from the bus stop, and 3 minutes away from the Shimbamba station. There were also a few Lawsons and 7-11s that are within 5-10 minutes away. Our host, Jane, was honestly the best host ever! She was super friendly and made us feel at home right away. Super helpful too - she gave us so many tips on where to go, what to see, and even which trains or buses to take to save time. It made getting around so much easier. She also had this binder full of cool places to check out nearby – not just the usual touristy stuff, but more lowkey spots that were actually really interesting and full of local culture. You could tell she put a lot of thought into it. Overall, you definitely get your money’s worth… and then some! It’s one of those rare stays where you walk in and think, “Wow, this was such a good deal.” Would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for great value without sacrificing comfort or quality.
