This place was brilliant. The hosts were so friendly and we loved the coworking space next door to the guesthouse. We were able to catch up with a little work as well as get a great night's sleep. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful and there were many shops nearby. Tomaruku was an excellent choice and we would love to return one day in the near future.

Fantastic layout and view and was great having the pool to look out over the ocean. We had a car so was easy to get to and Seaside House cafe 100m away with great view again

Location is very good and convenient. Walkable distance to shopping arcade and kochi main station. Lots of izakaya and yatai around the immediate area. Extremely close to Sunday Market and the hirome market. Bed was clean and comfortable. Communal areaa like shower/basins/kitchenette/dining area were clean and well thought out.

This is a beautiful and very large accommodation (an entire house), that seems to be taken right out of an interior design magazine! It is clear that the owners and beautifully carefully renovated an old traditional Japanese house. It is a joy to stay here! Night skies are especially beautiful.

Beatiful, spacious house. Bathroom is separated from the main building which some may find difficult - it was not an issue for us, just an added flavour. + Nature! Peace and quiet :) + Relaxing river sounds + Parking spots (few options just next to the building) + Amazing hosts! Their English is very good.
