This is a great hotel, the staff were some of the friendliest we came across on our travels around Japan! They cleaned our luggage wheels on arrival. We loved the free tea and coffee facility, and the Onsen is so relaxing and beautiful. The room was very nice, would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is the historic part of Matsumoto. It is beautiful and very authentic Japanese style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The futon beds were so comfortable we slept really well. The accommodation is close to lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend anyone travelling to this part of Japan to stay here.

This place was awesome! The traditional vibes of the hotel was truly beautiful and the host of Matsumoto Minpaku Hallelujah truly made the stay feel like home and super comfortable.
