I liked the spacious rooms. It allowed 3 suitcases to be opened at once. The washroom and shower was large enough to comfortably move around and the beds allowed a good night's sleep.

Everything :) All staff were so friendly, informative and professional. Very fluent in English too which we really appreciate. I had a nice experience at the spa. Clean and spacious room. We love the mini bar set up too. The gym and other hotel facilities are fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay very memorable and enjoyable.

Huge room, everything was super new and nice with everything you need. The lounge with free drinks and snacks was a nice add on. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Good location with a subway station and buses nearby. Will definitely be coming back!

    This was a great place to stay in Kyoto, the amenities were amazing, there was free laundry, hairdryers, towels and a hairbrush! The rooms were very clean and the beds comfy! The staff were very friendly and the location was great - only about a 15 minute walk from Kyoto Station. For the price paid, this place is a great deal.
