Location was fine, 10 min walk to the subway but we were in the area because of friends / family. Decent bathroom, comfortable beds, washing machine. Fine for a family stay.

We had a great stay here! The place was very spacious and perfect for two people. The host provided everything we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location was also convenient, with a train station within walking distance and several restaurants nearby. Overall, a great place to stay in Hokkaido and highly recommended!

The rental service! The first thing that caught my eye as I went inside was the wide range of coffee equipment that you can borrow for free during the stay. The beans they offered (at minimal price) were also surprisingly good!

New and clean facilities, USB sockets on the wall (incl c type) and the pristine clean water in the onsen. I also like how it’s connected to the JR Sapporo station via underground passage and elevator, so you don’t have to walk in the cold weather.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kids love the bean bags, the little swing, the big projector screen and switch game. The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. We drive and find it’s convenient location not far from major attractions in the city.

What a great stay! We had a huge room, small kitchen, washing maschine, great bathroom, everything clean, good beds. Staff at reception very nice and friendly, though litten english. Location is good, near to tram and metro. If in Sapporo again I will stay there again!
