Everything. The train was amazing and everything was very luxurious. The food was superb. We have stayed at Mifuneyama Ryokan the night before and paid 3times the price and this one was soooo much better. I could not recommend this place enough. I'll come back 100% I want to try all of the trains. Also the bathroom was amazing with the little garden and wooden ofuro. I had the best time ever. We had 2 trains. The history of this place is very interesting too. Those are actually trains that used to run in the area and are cultural heritage.

Room was very clean. And the hotel provided free coffee/tea available at the reception area, plus frozen food bentos. We got the room right next to the check-in area, but this meant no stairs, which made carrying the luggage easy. Ample parking available. There is a family mart right next to the hotel, which made it convenient to get snacks or breakfast. A microwave was available in the room.

Staff were excellent and had translation devices so travelling as an English speaker was very easy. Location is good, right next to main station. Rooms are comfortable and the check in and out process is good.

Newly opened so maybe we were lucky because not many people seemed to know about it and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. * A lovely couple run it, they are warm, friendly and very helpful * Great value for money for staying and also for the breakfast which we opted in for.

Lovely fresh clean rooms. Simple but everything you need.The onsen facilities were great. An extra card key was supplied so we could keep the air conditioning running when we went out - much appreciated in the heat.

    Cheap comes with value. If I walked 200m from Nakatsu station I will arrive but need to go 2F for reception. Room basic but has everything I need, the AC is very cooling! The shower was hot!

    The container concept was very clever. Check in was fairly smooth and it was very nice to be provided with a light meal. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Appreciated having a fridge freezer and microwave in each room. Also the massager on the desk chair was a nice touch. Beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. Would stay here again!
