    The staff was awesome and friendly and over the top helpful. The location was spot on so close to the main gondola. Comfortable and affordable for a family of 5. We were all happy with the breakfast which was very convenient.

    Breakfast included for 900 yen per person was a good deal and allows for a quicker start to the day to get up to the slopes. Location is fantastic with only a short walk to the ski gear hire shop and main gondola up the mountain.

    Great location, truly ski in and out, the ski route down the mountain passes right infront of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, they looked really happy to be working there and that contributed greatly to the atmosphere. They also really didn't cheap out on the heating. The entire hotel, the rooms, the corridors, are all warm. The bar has a fireplace, and is very cozy. We also received 10% discount on ski rental from a shop, since the hotel has deal with them.
