We arrived at the hotel on the complimentary shuttle bus from Gotemba which was super easy to arrange over email. We had a Fuji view from our room which stunning when it wasn't raining. The onsen was perfect especially the outdoor area that looks over Fiji. The staff were so attentive and professional and helped with my golf booking at the club round the corner. The breakfast was amazing and the Japanese restaurant, Robata Oyama, was stunning and one of the best dining experiences I've had.

Easy check in/out process, high quality of vegetables, smooth bath water, comfortable beds and adequate space heaters. The outside view from our room was amazing. Everything was good and just right. It feels incredibly authentic. For anyone staying here, I'd just say trust the process, the host is the sweetest little old man who hosts really fun karaoke evenings. It wasn't what we expected going into it but this place gave us some great laughs and memories for life.

    If you like cars and mt Fuji, perfect location! Free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station. Loved the food and reasonably priced for the quality. Staff are outstanding, they work like they own the place, and making sure guests are all taken care of. Even having my luggage sent through Yamato transport was organised by them to my next hotel. I would stay there over and over if I visit the area again.

    Hands down the best hotel we’ve been in! And we travel a lot with a high budget. Everything about this hotel is stretched to perfection. mount fuji view and forests from the balcony feels surreal. We didn’t expect to enjoy that much as we did. 10/10! We will be back next time with family and friends!!

    The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a great choice and quality. The location near the Speedway and with stunning views of Mount Fuji was great, the staff were efficient and extremely helpful and the room was very good quality. We ate two meals at the hotel, the choice was Italian or Japanese, we tired both and were extremely impressed by both meals. The motor museum and the whole lobby area were a dream to see and a very impressive experience to enter the hotel.
