    Great location easily accessible by the free shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa station to the Hatsukaishi entrance of the Ishiuchi Maruyama resort. Ski lift and rental shop at your doorstep which saves a lot of travelling time. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Breakfast/Dinner was convenient and decent (if you did not book with breakfast included, just speak to the staff and pay the evening before). Location is perfect for beginner to intermediate level skiers/snowboarders as the hotel is located so close to the chair lift.

    Clean facilities, very accommodating staff and great location. The owners lent us their daughters snow boots which was so kind, and they helped us back to the train station.

    Good location, very convenient! The cable car to the ski park is just doorstep from the hotel. Staff are friendly and guide us a lot to reach the hotel. We have a pleasant stay at there.

    The staffs were very helpful by sending us messages on the location of the hotel. Even though we arrived a bit late, the staff made sure that there was hot water for bathing and carried the luggage for us.
