It is a wonderful Onsen hotel in the heart of Nagano. The people working there a wonderful, helpful, the politeness is beyond every standard, even for Japan. Staff were very attentive. I was really sick on the first day and the lady in the restaurant noticed that I could not eat much and came up to ask what happened. They cooked congee for me on the other day as breakfast that helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come back again.

The hosts are very lovely. They have bbq facility on site (1500 yen fee) which I highly recommend! It’s nice to have outdoor bbq. However, keep in mind that you will need to bring your own ingredients. To access this accomodation you will require a car as it is a bit far from the downtown.

A wonderful place to stay and explore Iida. The Cider Barn was warm and welcoming. Bathrooms were spotless, the food was great and we were really looked after. To explore Japanese ciders here was a real treat.

The hotel restaurant is excellent. Very cozy place, food is delicious and the price is very reasonable. A big surprise. Hotel room is a bit small but very clean and with a big open air balcony so overall still great. Stall were also very polite and helpful.
