Room size and lighting. Cleanness. Room facilities, including a coffee machine in the room (usually there is only a kettle in Japanese hotels). Modern design and good condition of the furniture. Silence. I felt like I was alone on the entire floor. My room was at the end of the hall and I didn't hear any noise around my room. Breakfasts are served in a nice spacious dining room. There is a choice of Japanese and European food.

+ great location, a few minutes walk to SensoJi, the Ginza metro and a two-stop train line to Akihabara. + spacious and spotless room with tatami area and kitchen area with everything you need. We had a small child and they made us find a courtesy set especially for him. + washer/dryer in the room, convenient and very simple to use + very friendly and English speaking staff, they also assisted us in shipping our luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto.

The rooms were the perfect size and configuration for our family of four. The location was excellent with access to many train lines, restaurants, stores and a 24 hour supermarket all within a 5 min walk. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had.     The hostel was a positive surprise! Cleaning was impeccable, both the lobby and the restrooms where spotless. Showers had plenty of space to put your clothes and towel. I really liked the lobby which is very cozy and welcoming. The staff is also very friendly. Furthermore you get all the basic toiletries you need for free. The location was fine, there are multiple train and metro stations about 10 minutes away. For such a price I would say it is more than a great deal!
