The staff were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly.My requests were accommodated in a quick and efficient manner. The property is also very responsive to enquiries. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh, and spacious.There is also a ceiling fan that works perfectly. The bathroom had all the amenities that l needed and is spacious. I loved my stay at Lazuli as it is super cozy and clean all due to it's owner Ms.Julia who takes a great care of the cleanliness and decorated apartment with impeccable taste. The owner of apartment is so nice and friendly and took so much effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I felt like at home away from my actual home :) I have never expected such a warm welcome but I am happy that I choice to stay at Lazuli with Julia. Besides, apartment is very close to the Shanzu beach which I think is the best beach in Mombasa. I accessed the beach through very nice hotels in Shanzu and enjoyed my stay at Shanzu very much. Shanzu is serence and calm place with no traffic and at the same time there is everything for a fun holiday, like open air cafes with live music, small shops and water sports. I would really recommend this apartment and Julia for your comfortable stay individually or with a family

    Very quiet location. Lovely Staff like the food n beverage manager, Mr Mugo was a fantastic host. So good was superb too. A nice hotel if you just wanna relax, or remote work in a nice beach hotel
