Friendly host, very helpful. She even gave us plates and cups so we could eat in the room. Quiet location, only 5 min walk from the beach. Pleasant athmosphere. Clean! Games and small pool for the kids to enjoy. Good price compared to others in town.

The house we stayed at was very nice. It has ample room and it’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in gated community, the area has 2 restaurants and beach access. Since it was a business trip, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the area - I think this is a good alternative.

I had an exceptional experience. Mr. Rakhat, the main person in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he assist with hotel booking, but he also helped us finalize a full-day trip around Issyk-kul and arranged a private mini-bus for us. His son, Azirek, was equally helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail truly made our trip special. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and warm – perfect for the cold weather outside. Additionally, the villa's great location, only 200 meters away from the lake, made it convenient for us to enjoy stunning views and take leisurely walks along the shore. Lovely property! Very friendly and helpful owners! Room is very clean and has everything you need : washing machine, AC, TV , WIfi , first aid kit, kitchen kit…. One double bed and a sofa, so perfect for a family of 3 people. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend, true to price !
