It was my fourth visit to the resort and I just can't get enough of the place.. It's perfectly located within driving distance from Phnom Penh and hence offers a perfect weekend escape from Phnom Penh's hustle and bustle.

A few minutes walk from Virak Buntham bus stop. Room had a balcony and view. Bed comfortable. Seating area and table. Enormous amount of cupboard space for my few clothes :) One of the lifts was also scenic :) Reception staff helpful though little English. Onsite cafe/breakfast area near reception and other cafes/riverside stroll area very close.

the only thing i disliked was that there was quite a lot of bugs so i found it a little uncomfortable in the room but bug spray or a mosquito net would have sorted me out, unfortunately i had neither

    Great location, view, service and breakfast. They even washed our dirty car after coming from the Province during rainy season. The free steam and pool was appreciated, along with the massage next door. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and made it a lovely room.

    The owner and his family were very nice! The rooms are spacious for the price you pay. The fried rice the owners wife is cooking was very tasty and cheap.

    I really loved the family, the location isn't perfect, but the hotel has a tuktuk to pick you up, and motorbike rent, so it's perfect !

    The room and bathroom were totally spotless My bicycle had a safe place to sleep The bed was comfy and the pillows were awesome. The convenience of the sisters restaurant across the road.

    Nice location in the countryside but a short 2 minute ride to a local village and only 10 to town. Basic accommodation but great vfm. Food very good and cheap, lovely family and they are helpful arranging bus tickets. Recommend you hire a scooter. Only $5

    The owner is incredibly nice, friendly, speaks great English and is always in a nice mood. He is also a great cook, the food was really good. Even though the rooms are very simple and rustic, they were very clean. You can rent a bycicle or a motorbike for a really cheap price. All in all, a great cheap place to stay.

    Fantastic guest family, we totally enjoyed staying here. Very well priced. It's a basic room, however it has everything you need and it's very clean. Location is a bit far out from the center but it didn't really bother us. We had some pleasant evenings with the host and a beer. :) surely recommending staying here if you don't need any luxury.
