The accommodation was very, very nice. You actually felt like being a guest in a private home, though it was of course all very professional. The decorations were lovely. Tea, coffee, juice, water and instant noodles were for free.

We had a great time in Taehwa House! We came to Andong to visit Hahoe Folk Village, but weren't very lucky with the weather. So it was particularly delightful to find refuge in this nicely decorated and elegantly refurbished hanok. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and warm and swiftly answered all our questions. She even left some lovely gifts for us. We were so wet and cold when we arrived, that we just decided to stay in for the rest of the evening and enjoy the stay in the hanok. We would have loved to stay for a bit longer, but unfortunately time is always too short. Thank you vary much for a great stay in Andong!

We had an excellent stay. Very clear and friendly communication. The proproposed (small) breakfast was perfect for our needs. Rooms small but have all that is needed, iPad with notes on recommended restaurants was a nice touch.

Fantastic structure, in excellent condition and very clean despite its ancient history. We were the only guests and we could enjoy the extraordinary beauty of the place, the calm and the evening silence and turn undisturbed to the village. The very kind owners also helped us for reservations outside the village.
