Literally next to the bus terminal. Very close to the beach. Plenty of convenience stores around. Bus to Seoraksan national park is right around the corner and only takes 15 minutes. Owner is very friendly and did my laundry. Room is very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again!

We spent a few days in this apartment. Communication with the owner was easy. Check-in and check-out were convenient and flexible thanks to the electronic lock. The apartment is exactly as described and in the photos, it is on a high floor and has a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked without any complaints. The air and water temperature can be conveniently adjusted. There is a grocery store on the ground floor of the same building. The location of the building is also very good. There are many restaurants with delicious seafood around. The main bus station with buses to Seoul is only 10 minutes walk away and a bus stop to the Seoraksan national park is on the next street. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

The hotel is located right by the beach, about 10-15 min walk from the express bus terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with a TV, microwave, kettle, induction plate and a washing machine. Receptionists spoke some basic English. They offered us luggage storage before check-in, but we didn't take on the offer.
