Apartments are located in a very good neighborhood. Botanical garden is in 5 minutes, shopping center is in 15 minutes. My room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Free breakfast is included. Nice small detail: there was loose leaf tea and a teapot in my room instead of cheap teabags.

The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Olli is an excellent host, we didn't have any problem communicating with her. the place is excellent very spacious and high end amenities. very close to the mall and supermarket. There are some bistros and coffee shop nearby. We highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed everything about the stay. The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The place was absolutely lovely! My friend and I were talking about how cozy it is, especially during the winter, as you can see the snowfall through the big windows. Everything you need is there—there’s a washing machine, hair dryer, pots, and plates for cooking. We loved it and will definitely recommend it! Hope to be back soon! The owner is also very kind and considerate; she didn’t rush us for payment and kept telling us to rest and relax. Thank you so much, Narzhan!
