Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance and exceptional hospitality. Without even asking, they graciously upgraded our room because there was availability – such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The top manager deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Dormero Hotel, for creating such unforgettable memories for us. Everything was amazing!!! We definitely recommend this place! Who wanna stay in unusual art hotel-this place is for u! Breakfast was very nice! Manager always was helping us about everything! Place was clean , bed was comfortable!

Lovely location in a beautiful property. The pool was lovely. Tranquil and quiet (apart from a bit of noise from building work nearby). The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, the sour dough bread was lovely toasted! the rooms were well appointed and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. All in all a lovely stay!

We had such a nice stay at this hostel. The room was clean and comfy. Location was so beautlyful, directly at the lake and outside of the town. Staff was really friendly! We also rent a kayak and bike for free. Highly recommended <3

My husband and I vacationed in hotels for 20 days. We really liked the hotel. Its owner and staff are very attentive and kind people. They cleaned the wonderful garden every day. Bed linen was changed frequently. They have new beautiful sets of bed linen, new towels. Service at the highest level. Wonderful garden and kitchen on the roof of the hotel. We enjoyed the sounds and sights of the Sri Lankan jungle every morning and evening. 6 minutes walk to the ocean. Silence and comfort in the rooms. We had a wonderful vacation!

It is a lovely hotel set amongst greenery. I was given the room as requested. It was nice to have many windows and to listen to birds singing in the morning. The hotel is well organised like apartments with the kitchen and dedicated boxes for guests to store their items on the shelves and in the refrigerators. There’s a big dining area. Otherwise, it’s a 5 minutes walk to the Beach Road with lots of eateries.
