Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

I absolutely loved staying here. The villa is very well designed, super clean, calm and cosy. It is situated a bit remote, but that's the thing. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place for people who want to rest in tranquility away from hustle and bustle of a big city. The owner is very helpful and always available, should you require anything. I also liked the food they served in the villa. You can also order delivery or go to different cafes not far from the place. Totally recommend this accommodation. I would come back to stay again.

Alakamandava was a such a welcome break after our long exausting journey from Europe. Darshana was very helpful in advising on an airport taxi transfer. We were greeted by Darshana at a very early hour of the morning. Overall during our brief visit, the hospitality of Dashana and his wife was exceptional. We would have loved to stay longer. I believe the apartment would make an ideal base to explore this part of Sri Lanka and Colombo. The apartment comfortably housed our group of 6. The space was wonderfully decorated and clean. The homemade cooked breakfast was very tasty and was enjoyed by all. Kindly prepared by Dashana's wife 🙏 Comunication was very responsive and helpful. Dashana is fluent in English and well spoken. The views from the apartment, as it is on the top floor were mesmerising.

Beautiful house with lovely garden and clean spacious pool. Hosts are kind and loving and willing to help in any situation. They gave us some really helpful tips. Ask for srilankan breakfast when you visit, it is delicious.

Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the facilities we could need: hot water, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and free WiFi. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start our day. Zion Property Care is perfect for families seeking a clean, well-facilitated, and welcoming place to stay.
