A magical place run by great people. We booked one night here, but we really enjoyed it and stayed here another night. A place surrounded by nature, about 20 minutes from Dambulla. The guys are really helpful, even for a super dinner in the forest or to get to the top of the mountain opposite! A great family <3

Super nice rooms with huge terrace and amazing view, great for photos. Loved the lobby where you can sit and chill with your friends and even nicer sittting by the pool. Full bar with beers and other bevereges. We arrived Tired and hungry after 8pm And the owner and his wife Made us great dinner so we didnt have to go anywhere. They even went to market for fresh meat. Actually THE BEST thing about this villa is the owner and his wife, both very nice and extremely helpful. The owner was guide for 20 years and he recommended us many places and helped us with planning our trip. Really the best experience with accommodation in Sri Lanka. And the breakfast was really good too (served by the pool). Great service, you never wait for anything and they try to make you feel welcome and homelike. Just awesome, thank you so much.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, and every detail seemed designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The common areas were equally lovely — ideal for both moments of peace and time together as a family. One of the best stays of our 2 month trip in Sri Lanka! Best value for money. The room was spacious and clean, great shower with hot water, and breakfast could be enjoyed on the little veranda every morning. The bed was sooooo comfortable!! Location is a bit out of town which for us was ideal, since we enjoy going on walks and exploring our surroundings. The hosts were incredibly nice and attentive, and helped us to rent a scooter, and took us in and out of town when we needed. Sigiriya was just a short ~30min scooter ride away, Dambulla cave temple is just around the corner. For us this was the perfect end to our trip in Sri Lanka, thank you!!

It is a hotel with a very good quality-price ratio. It is located in a very quiet place. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. They overlook a very pretty garden. The breakfast is very good and abundant. We had rice with curry and chicken for dinner there, which was a delight. The staff was very attentive. They picked us up at the station and helped us arrange the motorcycle rental. Very friendly. It's a great place.

Clean, spacious room, everything is new and well-functioning. Hot water in the shower is great, bed is very big and comfortable. It’s also very quiet and has beautiful views from the balcony. Sanji and Madhu were excellent hosts - From the time we stepped into the property to our departure, we were treated like family guests - We had all our Breakfasts and Dinners at the property. Everything which was served was excellent, prepared to perfection. The presentation was equally good. We discussed multiple topics in our 2 days stay with Sanjee and he showed us around the property. My daughter bonded so quickly with Yasashvi ( Sanjee/Madhu's 9 yr old daughter) that she still remembers and talks about her. There is also adorable large dog ( Windy ) as a pet - Madhu and her daughter accompanied us to Cave temples ( 4 min walk to reach the temple from the property ) and explained so many details / history / traditions of Buddhism. The climb to the temple is around 300 + stairs with Medium/Moderate elevation . During the climb we took photos of beautiful forest and mountains around the area. Rooms are excellent and with top notch conditions / amenities - Madhu , Sanjee are excellent hosts. I/my family would stay here again if we are in dambulla again - Do not miss to book this property during your visit in Dambulla.
