Great room. Beautiful beach. Friendly helpful staff.. sea was rough due to the weather ut still saw and swam with the turtles. No crowds and turtle just doing what turtles do. Fantastic.

Fantastic hotel from the moment we checked-in until check-out! Staff really was there to help when needed and swimming pool was amazing! A little bit overvalued in terms of pricing in my opinion for Sri Lanka but overall it was a super nice stay and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious and a lot to choose from!

The owners are so kind and lovely people. They do amazing breakfast and are soo helpful. The rooms are nice with hot water and aircondition is working well. I would come back any time.

This was the best accommodation during our Sri Lanka trip. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is great, the villa is amazing and the location is superb. We also met the manager who is very kind. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay! Saroj and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with a beautiful balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The Sri Lankan breakfast they served was delicious. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast, which was a big plus. We also rented a scooter directly from them at a very reasonable price, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for friendly hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms, great food, and convenient services.

This property is absolutely beautiful and just as you see it in the pictures. The location is perfect, just a five minute walk down to the beach and on a quiet off road. The owner was so attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t recommend this place more.

The beds are large, clean and very comfortable. The concrete absorbs all the sound so you get a good night's sleep and they have curtains for privacy. The location is great with restaurants nearby and a short walk from the beach.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The location is unbeatable as the hotel is located at the waterfront of Sri Lanka's most hype and beautiful bay Hiriketiya. Rooms were huge and very nicely decorated. Food was amazing and music wasn't running too high and late as some critics here might have suggested. Finding free sunbeds might be a problem for some of the guests, but as we wake up early, we were always able to find free spots. Also, the Staff offered to reserve a sunbed for us, if needed.

Loved the room and balcony. The whole building is completely new. Spacious room and bathroom, modern style and clean. Big balcony. The owner was so helpful. Welcomed us with coconuts and cold towels, and was quick to help whenever we had questions, and gave great restaurant tips. It is located a short drive from the beach, and the facility has its own tuktuk driver that easily takes you to Hiriketiya/dikwella beach/ATM/restaurants.
