Very clean accommodation with good facilities and friendly staff (especially Lakshan). Also good for family. The pool with the nature is unique and the hotel is located on a small river and is very idyllic. Above all, no mosquitoes in the room :-). Thanks to the staff

Incredibly attentive staff. We had swim after dark and they brought drinks to us poolside. Our son was to tired to wait for dinner so they set it up at our room instead. Thank you for the special & beautiful memories

The natural beauty that surrounds the property is simply breathtaking, with lush gardens and an open-air dining pavilion that add to the serene atmosphere. The culinary offerings were a delight, showcasing the finest local ingredients and flavors. For a rejuvenating retreat that combines luxury, nature, and genuine hospitality, Casa Heliconia in Gampaha is an absolute gem that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Pool, spacious room, comfy bed, hot water, very peaceful, unexpected free snack on departure, helpful staff. They walked me down to a nice cheap restaurant close by to was lovely.☺️

One of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. On the road to Kandy lies a perfect little place with great facilities. The food is amazing (we also got some extra, fresh jackfruit during the afternoon), the staff is very friendly, the bed is great, shower lovely, the Wifi quick, communication swift, and it's affordable. Ruwanara Royal Majestry is by far the best hotel in the Kurunegela district and one of the best in Sri Lanka! It is a hidden gem and I cannot emphasis how much I enjoyed my stayed here !! To start off with the rooms are more specious than you can ever imagine, it is bigger than the photos ! The beds are extremely luxurious and big, the bathroom is so large and you have enough room to store all your toiletries. Next the room itself is equipped with a big wardrobe, iron and ironing boards, mini fridge and even a nice private study area for relaxation or business work. The staff, are the epitome of Sri Lankan hospitality! From the beginning we were made to feel very welcome into this property and with open arms they made our stay the best stay ever ! This is my home away from home and next time I am in Sri Lanka, I will stay here and will be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends as well! Special thanks to Kavindu, Amila, Anura, chef Priyantha for catering to our every need and making us feel like royalty with their treatment !! They were so kind and I will never forget their hospitality as this kind of quality and service is extremely rare to find ! The property itself is tucked away behind some beautiful paddy feels and our room overlooked the most amazing pool which is cleaned daily! The pool itself we have been in several times and it is clean and extremely refreshing on the warmer days. When we weren’t in the pool we were in the comfort of the AC’d hotel room, watching TV or sleeping on the comfy beds. A perfect holiday! Ruwanara is one of a kind and you won’t find a hotel like this anywhere in Sri Lanka or surrounding areas. We saw many magnificent weddings taking place and we learnt it caters up to 450 person weddings and can accomodate guests with rooms as well! I have recommended this hotel to all my family for any of their upcoming weddings as I think the service and location is just perfect !! I cannot wait to be back.
