It was great stay in a very attractive place with such lovely environment. The Villa was very clean and so beautiful. The owners never treat as guests they use to treat us as their own family and we were so comfortable. The foods were offered on our request and they were so delicious. Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were wonderful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. My partner has a gluten allergy, and the head chefs personally attended to us, going through all the buffet items she could have. They even made fresh gluten-free versions of items she could not have upon request. The buffet variety was outstanding, and the food was very tasty. Our room was very clean, modern, and had an amazing view, with daily cleaning and tidying. We were assigned a staff member at check-in who checked in with us through WhatsApp every day to see if we needed anything, adding a personalized touch to our stay. On the last day, we were even given a gluten free cake as a treat.

Everything is perfect about this property! Everything is super clean, view is breathtaking, the owner is always ready to help you with every single question. You can have very delicious breakfast or italian dinner on the rooftop. From very first second you feeel like home. Sri lanka could be intense and busy in some places, so location was perfect, because you are close to everything, but also have quiet village life with empty and clean beaches. But 2km drive and you reach the main surf beach with all surf schools. Best experience for sure!❤️

Absolutely amazing hotel – 10/10! We stayed for a week and were beyond impressed. The hotel is stunning, the staff is incredibly kind and truly attentive, and the food is outstanding. We ended up eating on-site several times because it was just that good. The entire property has everything you need for a perfect stay. I saw some negative reviews before coming, but honestly, we didn’t experience anything like that – everything exceeded our expectations. A special highlight: my girlfriend had her birthday during our stay, and the staff made it unforgettable. They surprised her with a homemade cake at breakfast (brought out with music by the kitchen team!), and later, the room was beautifully decorated with balloons, towel art, and more. It was truly touching. Can’t recommend this place enough – we would definitely come back!

The property and the surroundings are just amazing, the room is new, clean and the resort has many different amenities enjoyable during the stay. What has made the staying so good was the staff, especially Mr Chandana who took promptly care of us and of any necessities we had. A very modern and impeccably clean place located right in the heart of Mirissa. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, this is definitely the place. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I also had breakfast here which offered a variety of items, and it was excellent and fresh!

    It’s a beautiful new Villa run by friendly family. Big space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, good for working online. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring south beaches and cities such as Mirissa, Matara, Weligama, … There are many good restaurants in 15 min walk (Bob was our top pick). Supermarket is also super close (10 mins by walk). Madiha beach was our the most favourite beach and its very close to the Villa. Thank you for letting us stay.

    Such a great place! I had such a lovely stay at the Villa. Perfect location, close to cafes, the supermarket and the beach. Very clean and modern. Pamoda and her father were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very generous. I hope I’ll be back again!
