Unlike anything I’ve seen before. Rooms and common areas are artfully decorated with trinkets from around the world. My room was overlooking the lake and it felt like I was living in the jungle, surrounded by plants. Bed was super comfy and the rain shower was great. The pool and view over the lake were incredible. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was delicious, we had plans to head out to Colombo but decided to stay and enjoy the property and had all our meals there. A personalised experience with great hosts, thanks for everything!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the room was very big And comfortable. Staff was very Nice to us. Owner made us Sri Lankan breakfast every day and we even got driven to restaurant that was very Nice. There is pool on the back And it's big enough for some swimming too.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. Our stay at Zion Property Care was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host, Ms. Susila, who was incredibly friendly and supportive. Her warmth and attentiveness made our stay special and comfortable. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with all the facilities we could need: hot water, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and free WiFi. The entire apartment was air-conditioned, with fans available as well, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The view from the resort was absolutely superb, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start our day. Zion Property Care is perfect for families seeking a clean, well-facilitated, and welcoming place to stay. We truly had the best time and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very big room, with good functioning airconditioning. comfortable king-size bed, very friendly and nice oweners. They brought to the airport for very friendly price. They can make dinner for guests at request. I tried that and was very tasty:)

This is a great place to stay with family or friends. We stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great and exceptional. All facilities were there as mentioned and there were some more. Newly build apartment located in a quiet area near to Kadawatha highway entrance. Staff is also great with a fantastic service. Overall, this is a very convenient place and a great place to stay and good value for money.

I agree with all the positive commentators 100%. The villa owner takes great care of her quest. Everything is thought out down to the smallest details so that the guest lacks nothing. We had to stay for 24 hours before our flight. We had a small dog with us. Kumar (host) allowed us to leave the dog in the room while we were away. The owner is polite and helpful. Took us out to dinner in the evening. The room is not big, but comfortable. The facilities are shared
