Very friendly people! Clean and nice room, it has a ceiling fan and a conditioner. Kitchen and tables is on the 6th floor, it's possible to cook, and they have a big refrigerator. Good view from there! If You don't have a power adapter, just ask at the reception)

Great staff at reception, very convenient location to visit all main attractions, beautiful rooftop pool. The value for money is hard to beat as the rooms are very good, with balconies and even free minibar with some drinks. Rooms are well equipped and beds are comfy and decent-sized. Really loved Marino Beach club, extremely clean, private to the hotel, great food at reasonable prices and a shuttle each hour running till 7 pm.

    The room was minimalist but had everything important in it. Moreover, the hotel is in a central location which allows to reach important sites within a 20/30 minutes walk. The neighbourhood felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    I stayed there for 9 nights and had no problem whatsoever. Everything was perfect. Staff, location, comfort, safety, cleanliness etc. I would like to stay here again.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful even when we checked in at 1am! Breakfast was delicious and filling, we had the Sri Lankan breakfast for the three mornings we were there. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a great little supermarket next door if needed.

    We arrive here as our first day in SriLanka, the hotel's owner make us a great welcoming. Also they prepared for us a very early check-in and explain us everything we should know. The location of the hotel is very good and close to all the main attractions of Colombo (max 10min by tuctuc). The rooms are very clean and very comfortable with anything you need. Terrace, or rooftop it's amazing, from here you can see the city and the lotus tower. We appreciated a lot this place.
