We loved our stay! This is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is built on a hill and can only be reached by a funicular railway or a long staircase. Due to its elevated location, you truly feel part of the jungle, with a stunning view to match. The highlight of our visit was definitely the monkeys – but a word of caution: if you're not a fan of monkeys, this might not be the place for you, as they can be quite intrusive. They even stole my sunscreen and almost broke into our room, as they are able to open the door (always lock the door!). The bar and staff were outstanding – very dedicated and friendly. We loved relaxing at the pool on top of the hotel.

Good location 10 mins walk from the beach and a tuk tuk is always available at 500 rupees for short trips Out of town enough to be quite We were a party of 6 and it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and smiley. Breakfast and food in general was great. Definitely recommend 😊

The place is really beatiful, clean and peaceful. It is outside of very busy Mirissa, but still very close - 7min by scooter / tuk tuk. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is sweet, kind and will help you to organise anything you need. The place is right by the lake, you can take a boat and enjoy beautiful sunset there. For the breakfast you get fresh fruits, smoothie, eggs on your preffered way, tea, coffee. We prolonged the stay and would come back in the future.

It's clean and rooms are AC'd and spacious. I very much appreciate big, lockable storage room under every bed. Nice and clean toaletts and showers. Coworking space is extra 2250. But the internet is really fast, no power outages and 2 americanos are included per day

    One of the best properties we stayed at in Sri Lanka and great value for money. This was the most affordable hotel during our entire stay yet the experience was great.     -very clean hotel -big rooms with good vibe -beautiful garden and pool -good brekkie -close to the main road but wasn’t noisy -good location: 12 min walk from the central, and local bus stops are just 2 min walk away -helpful and lovely staff -during our 3 weeks long stay this hotel has the best value, facilities, comfort and cleanliness so if you have tight budget it can be a gem compared to other hotels.

    It is great value for money. Breakfast was large to the point where we packed some of it up for lunch! There was a kitchen that we could use. The food was delicious. The location is close enough to all the beaches. The place was very clean. Easy to find. Had a pleasant stay overall. Would recommend to people if you're looking to travel on a budget. There is no AC and the fan was okay.

    The prices are very fair and affordable, the rooms and the pool are genuinely very clean, the area is quiet and yet so close to the beach and main street (perfect location of the hotel!), and the staff is truly very friendly and helpful! It is the perfect place to stay in if you’re in Mirissa!
