Fantastic location, great staff, lovely welcome. The manager is a lovely guy. Very helpful Shower and bathroom were brilliant, bed very comfortable and the reason they won't check you in before 4pm is because the elephants are walking down to the pool so the people that review complaining this are ridiculous. The hotel cannot stop the elephants can they 🤣🤣!! Really fantastic stay. Brilliant hotel and could definitely charge double the price. DO NOT MISS THIS HOTELGuest review byJonYoung couple
