The view is insane. It’s one of the nicest houses I stayed in during my three month in Sri Lanka. It’s spacious, clean and you have a warm shower. You have to wake up early to the the beautiful sunrise from the balcony

I am a frequent wanderer, and I've never witnessed during my travels such authentic and great hospitality. The property is pure serenity, the rooms are so comfy, the staff and the owners are wonderful and helpful people. At this property and with the owners, you will feel at home away from home. Well, everything: - most importantly service provided by hotel staff, from the very first encounter. After long drive through the Sri Lankan traffic I was tired and the guy from the hotel met me by the road on his scooter to guide me to the accommodation - they had open kitchen with a variety of dishes at 21 o’clock which was perfect as me and my wife were tired to go out to look for places to eat - the territory is enclosed with a fence and they have parking spots, so it was ideal for me with rented car - the room was clean, smelled fresh and new (something I found hard to find in many hotels). - they have all necessary toiletry including hair drier - the room is very big, the bed is comfortable. - the territory is beautiful, lots of greens but the room and terrace feel private space because of greenery that separates the territory - nice breakfast - the property is close to the entrance to Sigiriya National Museum

We loved everything about this place. We booked the new family room with private pool. Its very generous in size, very clean and the pool is great. The room is perfectly equipped for a family stay. Breakfast was great too. We had a great time staying here and will be back next time we visit Sri Lanka.

The house is very well located - less than 10 min by walk to the main road to the lion s rock. Saman and his family are very nice kind and welcoming. the breakfast is hudge and delicious.

Very clean and tidy! The swimming pool was amazing! Also the owner and workers were very polite. The place was incredible. Is a little far from the restaurants but is offset by good menu prices.

The best hotel so far on our trip. Centrally located, with breakfast overlooking the incredible Lion Rock. Every day we were surprised with a delicious local sweet dish! so good! Clean rooms, with hairdryer and Smart TV. Dinusha was super helpful and arranged a tour for us to Sigiriya and Dambulla with Kumara, whom we 100% recommend. An excellent experience. We would definitely come back!

Suman set a very high standard when it comes to welcoming and hosting guests. He is very attentive and incredibly warm, making us feel welcome. He even arranged all of the tours and ride during our stay. He even provided customizable breakfast depending on our request and even dinner. Such a great cook! We even missed his homecooked food when we moved to different location. A wonderful experience from start to finish.
