It is a very nice place located in beautiful nature.The view from the balcony and roofterras are, amazing,stunning.The wifi works fast and perfect The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.Mohammed , the host, has a heart of gold and does everything for you to make you feel at home .He is also a perfect guide for walks andd trekkings.He makes sure that you are always save.His wife, Fatima makes very nice food.It is a wonderful experience to be amongst local berber Marrocan people. Everybody is kind. The mountains around are a miracle, so beautiful.I will never forget this .

Breakfast (for which we have not been charged, I'm not so sure if by default or by kindness) was ridiiiiicoulously good. Haven't had anymore such a good omelette! Our host was soooooo sweet 🧁 really welcoming, always checking on us and available. He offered us a guided tour plus lunch for a very honest price, which we declined as we didn't speak enough french to understand it. But lunch was very tasty! Room was cold in the night, but he gave us 3 thick enough blankets. He had hot water running for us when needed. I booked at 22 and past midnight Mohammed was waiting for us on the door ❤️ The view from the balcony's is SOOOOO good. In few words, extremely recommended. With love Martina and simo. When I started to plan my trip to Marrakesch and the Atlas Mountains, I stepped over a nice little riad in Tamguiste, some valleys east of Imlil. This riad was a fantastic choice for a couple of reasons. You have an overwhelming view. My apartment in the guest house had a balcony which I used to relax and take some pictures. The rooms are spacious and authentically equipped. It is a perfect location to start hiking tours. On the roof you can sit and enjoy the countryside. In the central area between the rooms a big firesite was used to make the stay even more cozy. Finally the host of this lodge, Hassan, offered me to join him and his family for the dinner. He was so sympathetic and showed to me even how a typical family lives there in the mountains. What an unforgettable afternoon and evening with a very comfortable stay. If you want to have the „best“ mix out of hospitality, views and locations, this is the place to be.

This place is amazing. Great place to spend the night for hikers passing through. Very affordable, comfortable and if you get the optional dinner you are in for a treat. You will get literal mountains of couscous or tagine with vegetables and meat all cooked by the lovely owners. The view and the night sky speak for themselves.

We stayed for the night on our run/walk from Imlil to Tacheddirt (self organised and without a guide). Hassan and his son were such lovely hosts. The terrace had beautiful views and all the food was great. They gave us a tasty sandwich packed lunch. In April it was a little cold at night so Hassan put on the log burner in the upstairs sitting room and we had the option of eating inside. This is a unique stay in the highest village in North Africa and felt far away from the heavy tourism of other areas. A small shop was open for a short time during our stay. We got a bottle of water from Hassan but also water and sweets from the shop.

This is a great gite, Brahim is a reaaally nice host, and gave us plenty of advice for our trek to Imlil. The place is super clean, views are gorgeous and dinner / breakfast are amazing! Thank you very much Brahim, see you next time!
