The appartmen is new, spacious, very clean, with a modern design. It's very well equipped, has everything you might need. Situated on the hill, it offers a spectacular view over the Kotor Bay from the balcony. The owner is very friendly, helpful and generous, she made us feel welcome.

A perfectly located apartment. Practically on the beach. 20 minutes walk from the center of the city on an amazing seaside road. Even very closer to the beach. There was a parking space for us, which is vital in Kotor, especially where the apartment is located. Supermarket also in the nearby. The apartment itself is the same as in the photos and the rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay.

Wonderful hotel! Everything is new, modern, and clean. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast leaves no further desires! Eventhough the area around the hotel is currently all construction, we had a great view of the mountainius area!
