the owners are a super friendly, helpful, generous couple. the lady is the best cook in the country!! we had breakfast + traditional malagasy dinner with them and the food was delicious!!! the room is spacious, clean, comfortable & the bathroom is big, clean.. the place is so beautifully decorated that makes you feel like home. the surrounding area is a magical garden with lots of trees + flowers. the also have facilities: pool, bbq, massage, basketball + football + volleyball court. and probably I forgot more too!! the place is in a super safe neighborhood and there is a “security” man next to the gate that closes all the time to make you feel more safe. you can also park your car inside so its safe too. we liked it sooo much that we stayed an extra night!! in general: this is the best place in madagascar!!

Right in the centre of town..wonderful view of the Rova palace and the hill from below, facing the city name sign on the hill. Rooms are in 2 levels, with quaint wood work and old world charm. Spiral staircase connects the upper and lower bedroom, both have separate ensuite bathrooms. Lower bedroom has balcony attached to it.upper bedroom is bigger and has a big sofa type bed as well. Also, modern toilets, hot water showers and wash basins, bathtub (upper room) an induction stove and separate sink, portable heater, clothes drying stand etc. Ground floor also has a sink and coffee drip machine. The whole apartment is nice. Breakfast is in the opposite apartment just outside the ground floor, same level, just behind the piano.The house itself is situated in a compound with an outhouse and a garden with a gate. Very safe and secure, right amidst the chaos of Antananarivo. The owner, Josiane is very helpful and gracious, she made our holiday complete by her thoughtfulness. She worked out our transfers and organized a guided tour as well. Antananarivo is chaotic but we didn't feel any problem at all, thanks to the wonderful lady. We will definitely visit again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at during my 2 years trip. The room is very cozy, big and very clean. There is hot shower, a kettle and fridge in the room. And great views from the terrace. The location is great, walking distance to the palace and market. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with anything you need. They also speak English. There is a big supermarket nearby with cooked meals, sandwiches and pastries so you can stock up for your long trips.

I am so grateful for Eliene at the reception. She helped me buy my Cotisse ticket and booked a taxi for me so I could safely get to the Cotisse transport in the dark early morning. She was always smiling and kindly answered all of my questions. ​The room was simple but tidy and clean. There is a traditional market nearby, where I bought tomatoes and ate local food. It is a great place for travelers to stay. The hotel is located on a hill, but it was no problem for me.

Lovely hotel and facilities, clean, good WiFi and location. And the staff were amazing and helpful, ths reception, doormen and restaurant. Adryanna was also especially helpful with arranging transport for travel to another region.
