Our stay here really exceeded expectations. Howard was a communicative and welcoming host and this property was run very professionally. The room was clean, well supplied and had a comfortable bed. The room we were assigned (Room 4) was much larger than in the photos. It even included a large bathroom with a shower and bath! Birgu as a location is perfect for a couples holiday, it feels very safe and has real character. None of the touristy hustle and bustle you get in areas like St Julians while still being within a good distance to Valetta by bus or ferry. At night it was quiet and peaceful.

Really nice place, clean and special. There was a possibility for late self check in wich is wonderful. A few complimentary goodies waiting for us which was very nice We liked that it is in a quiet town but close to Valleta with a ferry. Most recommended!

Apartment is very cozy and has all you might need. Everything is and looks exactly as in photos. The place is very convenient, close to oldtown and harbor to Valletta. However, it was quite difficult to find at first cause navigation led to another building. Also, we did not reach it by car; in order not to waste time driving in circles we parked it down by the water which was even better decision as it is only five minutes walking and less confusing when you need to leave.

The communication with the owner was perfect .She was willing to answer all our questions. The apartment is located very close to the ferry for Valletta . There are restaurants , cafes and shops in walking distance. The apartment has a unique style , with a traditional balcony in one of the picturesque streets of Birgu. Would definitely recommend it !

One of the best places we've ever stayed. Beuatiful old house in a historical town, near the marina. We felt like traveling back to old maltese times, the house is renewed with keeping its original atmosphere, decorated with fine pieces of art. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it's easy to be separated in the 3 floors. The house was equipped with all we needed. The view from the roof terraces are amazing, also to sunbath in 'winter time'. Self chekin' was easy, our hosts were warm welcoming, kind and helpful, when we needed something. We travelled trough the island with buses, easy to reach connection with the one going directly from the square. We will come back for sure :)

I'm delighted to have been a guest at this charming and refined property. The room is stylishly furnished and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, and boasts a breathtaking view of the entire city. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable; I slept wonderfully. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room breathes perfectly, without any smells of deodorant or anything else, which makes it perfect for me. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, elegantly presented on the counter by the staff. The Zzzing team was always ready and kind, offering advice whenever I needed it. When I return to Malta, I will definitely stay with them again. For me, sleeping well on vacation is a successful trip. Thank you very much

    All of the staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The hotel was very clean, tidy and quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. It was in a good location too, a few seconds walk from the harbour.

    Fantastic location and close to all attractions, the apartment was very clean and well equipped and with a sea view from both the kitchen and bedroom. The owner was very helpful, and I would highly recommend this apartment and I hope to return in the future.

    It really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was really good, the stuff was very friendly, the location was perfect the view also. We spent much time in the hotel, because it was so good. It was very clean. The whole Hotel was smelling really nice. I think staying there, it enhanced our stay in Malta.
