Stunning penthouse. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very well equipped. Breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the terraces. I really hope that future tenants treat this place with love and consideration as no expenses were spared by the lovely owners to put this property together.

This apartment is located near Mgarr town center and is super nice, very spacious and a great base for exploring Malta by car. We caught a good Apt price. Also the neighborhood is safe, ideal for evening walks, also 2 kilometers from the beach. Before we arrived, we received clear instructions, also the key was waiting for us in a small padlock in the building. In the apartment we found a tourist guide book with very useful recommendations. Nice location, new building, 2 small balconies, view from one of them to Parish the church. Don't worry, the church bells are barely audible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the windows have mosquito nets, there is even a welcome bottle of water. They also have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Turkish coffee and tea bags. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, even a washing machine, enough towels, kitchen utensils, ironing board, clothes dryer,toiletries. The building also has an elevator. You have 2 UK-EU adapters for mobile phones in the apartment. The supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. You also have to buy drinking water. We mostly ate in restaurants in Malta, but you have some really great restaurants in the neighborhood with Maltese food. Leanne, the owner of the apartment, is simply wonderful, we met her, a simple kind lady, nice, she even allowed us to check in early on the first day. That was really generous of her. She was available on Whatsapp for any further questions. We had no problem with parking in the neighborhood in the evening.If you want to use the air conditioner you have to pay with euro coins. Otherwise you have a fan in every room. Wifi was fast and reliable . Check-in and check-out are very simple, no problems. Neighbors, farmers, as far as I've noticed they grow strawberries, were very kind to us and always said hello. Check-in and check-out are very simple, no problems. The apartment is for 8 people, imagine how great it is for 2 people😊.

excellent location of the hotel, right across the sea, very kind personnel, clean rooms, good breakfast on a terrace with seaview, beautiful view of the sea from the rooms, smart tv in the room, private garage parking, rooftoop pool and bar open still in November ( we were lucky with good warm weather), heated indoors pool, dry & wet sauna, spa , everything you could possibly need for a vacation. fast room service, lots of good restaurants around the hotel, totally recommend this place!! hope to be back soon

The staff was really kind and helpful. We also enjoyed a lot our room because it was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was perfect because it was two minutes away from a bus station (Bugibba Bay) and you had supermarkets and restaurants neat the hotel. We found the price even cheap if you take into consideration all the facilities that they offer.

Great location. Huge parking space available just in 100-150m from the apartment, which is really convenient, since the parking options on Malta are generally bad. Even in off season it is hard to find parking space on the street after the working hours. This made our entire stay less stressful. The building is renovated, it was mostly empty so it was really quite. Beds are comfortable, everything is properly cleaned. Well worth of the money.

    What a beautiful property! We loved our stay here, I’m so pleased to have found it. The location was fantastic, so tranquil being in the countryside but with good transportation links and shops nearby. We especially liked the organic farm shop next to the property. The staff were helpful and friendly also. I definitely recommend this place.

    Clearly, apartment 3 was a much loved family home. It is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The host provided exceptional service and left a large range of condiments, home made jam, wine and toiletries. Plus she provided beach towels for us to take out. We were allowed early check in and late check out and assistance with taking our bags upstairs. The location near the centre of Mgarr was excellent.

    Great location. Ability to park car outside on road. Courtyard and outside table and chairs. Full-size fridge and freezer. Room size and set-up. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We had an issue with no water on one occasion, and it was dealt with immediately.

    The apartment and the location are perfect for a family, in particular with children. The apartment has everything one might need, even some toys and a very complete kitchen. A car would be useful, but walking a couple of minutes you can find some smaller supermarkets and many restaurants. Everything was spotless and the hosts are very kind and helpful! Thanks again!
