Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. Whether organizing activities or sharing insights about local life, his passion for hospitality truly shone through. Every meal was a masterpiece, combining fresh local ingredients with remarkable skill and creativity. From mouthwatering Maldivian delicacies to innovative international dishes, each bite was a treat. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the Maldives, and I looked forward to every meal during my stay. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. Its location on Dharavandhoo is ideal for exploring the stunning beauty of Baa Atoll, from its pristine beaches to the incredible underwater world of Hanifaru Bay. Lovely beachfront hotel, very welcoming and well maintained. The manager was incredibly helpful and truly cared about the guests, which made us feel at home. I enjoyed the full board option: the food was tasty, with a good variety for a small hotel. The staff, both in the restaurant and overall, were warm, friendly, and always happy to chat.

Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

I decided to spend my 27th birthday at Ahmed's guest house - it was the best decision!!! 27 Pluses why Ahmed : 1)he organized Transfer from Male to the island & back 2)helped us with heavy suitcases 3)greet us with a delicious breakfast &welcome drink 4)incredibly beautiful house with a garden 5) 5 min walk To the beach 6) There are sun loungers on the beach from our house 7) you can water your feet- not to bring sand into the house 8) The floors are shiny-not a grain of sand on the floor 9) Towels are crystal white 10) Daily cleaning is absolutely gorgeous! 11) Lemongrass always smells nice 12) The bathroom is excellent - hot water, summer shower, tap with water for feet, shampoo&shower gel! 13) Drying rack for clothes 14) Wi-Fi 15) Air conditioners &ceiling fan 16)Ahmed’s wife cooks deliciously, and Ahmed always represent with love all the dishes prepared by his wife 17) different menu: traditional Maldivian, European, Indian, Korean 18) always various exotic fruits of this island+ freshly squeezed juices 19) Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, sweets for tea - always available at any time of the day 20) If you need help, he will answer 24/7 at any time of the day or night. 21) The house has information stands, magazines with ALL types of Maldivian fishes corals 22)Ahmed organized magical, unforgettable excursions: to the turtle reef, sunset with dolphins, fishing. He provided us with all the necessary equipment (fins, masks)+an unforgettable underwater video 23)Ahmed gave us gifts for the New Year and for my birthday (memorable magnets, traditional clothes, 24)I celebrated my B-day with a LUXURIOUS B-DAY CHOCO BROWNIE CAKE 🤤 25)they took care of our health& took pills against mosquitoes 26)Every corner of this house is filled with warmth, love, comfort 27)Ahmed & team create a magical atmosphere of Happiness! Very beautiful hotel with a nice terrace, BBQ zone, and perfect staff.

The staff and owner were very welcoming and nice from the booking, to helping us getting there and during our stay. Booking and taking a boat in Maldives is not an easy task and they made our way much easier. The room itself is super spacious with all the amenities you can ask for. Everything is clean and modern, with big and comfy beds. The breakfast was the best we've ever had for free. Diving on the island is great, all expectations fulfilled.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wanted. The hotel is great value for money. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day. Excursions were a lot of fun, very reasonably priced and we had something to do every day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday! If we will return to Maldives, we will stay here again.
