The hosts were very friendly and helpful, giving us all the information we needed for our trip to Calakmul, and even gave us a welcome pack of fruit, water and sweets. Basic but comfortable accommodation, nice touches such as a 'comfort kit' in the bathroom and a packed breakfast given to us the night before as we were leaving early.
