We arrived early so our room was not ready. The receptionist asked if we wanted to shower or use the pool while waiting but we just changed clothes and went out for lunch instead. The hotel has umbrellas and beach chairs that you can borrow. We were traveling with two small kids and borrowed an umbrella multiple times.

We absolutely loved this resort. The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

FABRI (the owner) is probably the most kind, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. Prior to us even arriving he helped arrange activities and recommendations for us, and was always available when I messaged him. He gave us so many recommendations and tried to accommodate our requests in whatever way possible - from a parking spot to early arrival times. He even gave us a room upgrade upon arrival and a bottle of wine. The location was also in the middle of the city and was walking distance from everything! I would 100% recommend this location for a central stay, warm/friendly host, and overall beautiful/unique decor.

This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

This place deserves more than 10 stars in rating, it is an exceptional place. First, it's exactly how it looks in the pictures, we didn't have any surprises. It's a relatively new building therefore things work properly and are new. The best thing of this place is their private swimming pool, it's a gem! And actually it's much bigger than what we were expecting. The shared swimming pool is also great, the view is stunning and we also used the gym and it’s very good - also all machines are new. The location is also perfect, it’s just two blocks away from La Quinta Avenida (but in a residential area). Lots and lots of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, anything you need. The sea/beach is just 10’ away walking (the problem is the Sargazo). I wish one day I can return to this place!
