Very nice room. The bed is very comfortable, a lot of space, the bathroom is huge. The balcony is pleasant with good space, seating , privacy and a hammock. Isabel has been very helpful during our entire stay via whatsapp. The location is very good but i recommend to have a car, even though you can rent bikes directly from the host.

Woow , i don’t even know where to begin, this Hotel will make your vacation worthy. We felt like home, the service is out of this world! Its beauty is way more than perfect in real than on picture! Amazing paradise in the jungle. Very stylish rooms with private indoor pool and little details aimed at making your stay romantic. Great food at the local restaurant. Absolutely amazing pool - the largest (longest) we have ever seen. Very professional staff - we felt being taken personal care of all the time. Special thanks for late checkout. Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

The location in the forest was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, near to a couple of awesome cenotes. Staff 10/10 Facilities 10/10 Location 10/10 - based on the fact that we were searching for something remote. Amazing pools The road is a bit rough to the location but manageable, when we left they were amending it. (that;s how the roads are even when you want to go to the beaches from the main road). And the staff is just amazing.

Set in the jungle near Tulum, there are three pools, and a gorgeous green lagoon with bar and food service and extremely comfortable lounging, paddle boards and kayaks. We did both tours with the amazing Gonzo; Cenote underground water tour and the Mayan Village Tour on bikes. These were the highlights of our vacation so do not miss -- our older teens just loved them! During our stay we saw iguanas, bats, giant spiders, and a boa constrictor. Note, there were no crocs in the lagoon! There were three options for the included breakfast (plus a fruit bowl, granola, honey and yogurt, coffee and a fresh juice). Options were pancakes or waffles with maple syrup, eggs and bacon with salad, or a traditional Mexican chiquillies with an egg and green or red salsa. Each of our family had a different preference for breakfast which we enjoyed. Breakfast was so filling we could last until late afternoon until our next meal. As we had rented a car we visited nearby Akumal and Puerto Aventuras for meals (another traveler recommended AVIS for car rental). We spent four nights at Wakax. If you have a car, I suggest a three night stay so you can do both tours. BTW, if you have claustrophobia you may not like the cenote tour. The bikes are great fun, staff and owners are very friendly, the rooms are huge and right out of a glossy travel magazine, and the setting is out of this world!

Great vibe of the place thanks to the owners - both Alejandra and Fernando are so kind and helpful! Wonderful breakfasts!! And of course, the mysterious Temazcal ritual - we tried it too, very intense and interesting experience, although it was too much for us and we failed to finish it. Try it if you're in Tulum!

    Botånica has captured my heart. A great place to relax. Alejandra and Fernando were super warm and hospitable. The location is ideal for exploring Tulum. The breakfast was next level.     Really nice property. Felt very clean and comfortable for an affordable price. Also great locations within the main square and many bike rentals round about. They also had Netflix in the telly which is a massive bonus when backpacking :)

    we liked it all. the staff is AMAZING ! friendly, best recommendations in town for REAL local food, best activities, and amazing deals for the Casa Tortuga Cenote - a must-do and even more if going trough their partnership. a really nice place to stay for small budgets, with A/C. amazing location too, central to Tulum village.
