Clean. Hot water. Powerful shower. Wifi. Parking. Location is close to amenities (Kota Damansara has far too many choices of eateries, shops, hairdresser, tailor etc) and transport (walking distance to Surian LRT station). Owner was helpful and always available to answer all questions. Took a while to work out the parking access method but owner was on hand to guide and answer all enquiries.

Best service I have received in Asia so far from Ali. He was always available if we had any questions or needed help. It shows that the right person at the right position can make a big difference. We liked his service so much, that we will come back in 10 days for a second stay. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Also worth mentioning is the gym. Very well equipped with good machines, free weight area. One of the best hotel gyms I have seen so far in Asia. Well maintained and it was a pleasure to workout there! Keep the good service up and KEEP Ali he was a great host and makes the important difference!

    I stayed here for 4 days the hotel is in a very good location next door to the train station and there are many supermarkets close by but I think it is very over priced for what you are getting I travelled to ipoh and I'm staying in a hotel that has much higher standards and it is very clean for alot cheaper.
