Everything was perfect. I got upgraded to a double dorm bed with Seaview. It was very comfortable. The dorm also had AC. The view from the bed and living room was gorgeous! The main chill area is super comfy as well. All-day breakfast is a nice addition. Free drinking water and towels are provided. They had enough showers and toilets in separate cubicles. The location was in the city centre. Lots of information on tours and activities. In the evening, a lot of people came together to watch movies or chat. Spacious lockers in the dorms.

Although it is located a little bit away from the city center, the area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. For us as a big family, the most important thing was that the place is spacious, very clean, and furnished with modern furniture. This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.

We liked the combined benefits from the stunning views over KK and the sea, the fantastic cleanliness, nice selection of furniture and kitchen set up, all well lit, and you could see that the apartment is relatively new and well maintained. The staff at the arrival area where nice and helpful, and the apartment owner was super nice, fast-responding on messages, and well-organized, as a true professional who really cared. After our day out on Christmas day we received a nice Christmas cake in our fridge, and also, daily fresh towels. Internet connection was good and fast for many devices. TV Netflix easy to sign in & use. Easy to call Grab, always arriving in 5 minutes. We are family with 2 grown up kids

    Staff, Location, Cleanliness, Comfort - Excellent. The staff were accommodating and responded very fast. The place was in the same building as Imago, however, you use a different lift to enter. Not a big deal because it is very near and convinient. Cleanliness of the space was very good. Everything is new and clean. Comfort - Bed was squeeky but comfortable. Food - Lots of restaurants within Imago, but the building next door also offer budget local food.

    love the suite/studio apartment,, very clean and new, love how the arrangement of the furniture and the quality of the furniture,, great location city centre,, felt in love with the view from the small mini balcony (sea & city view) for the affordable price room,, for sure will book this unit again,, my family love it.. tq soo much for the great facilities

    Very central location in the old heart of KK. Close to lots of cheapfood places, laundromat etc as well as the city’s malls etc. Much much better quality place than others we saw in similar locations for the same inexpensive price. i have stayed here a couple of times before and will again. Very good value for the money.
