the host is super responsive and attentive to all our issues encountered and resolved immediately and the apartment is totally clean except one kitchen cabinet but once we mentioned to the host, the host also take immediate action to recitify. whatever problems we faced, host taken corrective action without delay. There is parking in the basement level and a lift that goes all the way up to the floor. Apartment is nice and functional with wifi, small.kettle, cooker, microwave and fridge plus washing machine. Towels provided and some bath gel and shampoo. Check in and check out was smooth. There is ac in the hall and the bedroom which works well.

I stayed in a club room with a lounge, bathroom with a bath under the window which I actually used and a fantastic shower, and a bedroom with an enormous walk in wardrobe. So luxury plus. All the staff were very friendly, interested in me and kind. I had the pool to myself, fantastic looking out on the green hills, it is like an oasis. I even pampered myself at the spa. I can't comment on location as I was picked up from the airport and didn't leave the resort.

The apartment is light, airy and spacious. Well furnished. Very clean. Good quality towels and bed linen. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Location is only 1 block from a supermarket mall plus Subang Parade Mall. Convenience store located within building complex. Beautiful, refreshing pool.
